Mark’s Chicken Wings

Marinate the wings in Paul Newman’s own olive oil and vinegar dressing for about an hour

Preheat oven 225 degrees

Season the wings with salt and pepper and a generous amount of the Allepo Turkish Chili Pepper. For added heat, you can add chili flakes.  Lay out the wings on the cookie cooling racks placed inside a cookie sheet.  This helps brown both sides of the wings.


Bake at 225 for 5 or 6 hours.

Serve with carrots and celery and dipping sauces.
